you can try a swirl remover made by maguires. its used after you buff a car. if the swirls you have are actually little scratches then i would buff the car with a fine 3m compound then use the swirl remover to get the buffing swirls out.

The best way to get swirl marks out is to start with a cutting compound and a wool pad. Next, you move to a glaze with a foam pad. Third, you use a final glaze, or swirl remover, with another type of foam pad.

This is very generalized, but companies like 3M make complete kits including all the liquids and pads.

who ever buffed the car is a horrible detailer! they used a heavy rubbing compound to bring the shine back. first wash the car using regular dish soap and water and that will degrease your car from any wax or previous crap they used.. while the car is still soapy use a clay bar( kragen sells the) and use it like as if it was a rag... rub it all over the car until you have gone over all the panels...clay bars are use primarily when you are about to buff the car. but in your case you want to use it to get any grime, dirt and bugs that are deep in the paint... use a chamois to dry the car. don't use the microfiber towels on black cars! they leave very little yet not harmful scratches on the clear coat. once the car is completely dry park in the shade and use NUFINSH (lil orange bottle at kragen) compound and apply with a cloth round pad. in a circular motion til the car is cover completely. let the compound dry up and with a 100% static free cloth or towel wipe the dried compound off and u have to do it in the shade!!!

and wallaaa your done your should look amazing now
