Russia's military is in disarray. So i wouldn't expect much help from them. In a conventional war it would be tight. simply because china's military is massive and casualties in russia would be astronomical given russia's current state. However China's lack of ability to project their power would put the US at a tactical advantage. As long as the US exposes that weakness the US, Russia combo should win with heavy casualties to Russia and China and Minimal Casualties to the US.

Realistically though, all 3 have nukes. So the US, Russia, China and the rest of the world would lose that fight.

China and the US can never fight a war against each other. It would be an economical bomb. They have invested in each other far to much to fight a war. The US has sold them weapons to modernize their army, seeing as how some in the PLA still use 1 shot rifles. No joke. It's in China's best bet to keep the US alive. And China has spent more money buying the US out of debt than any nation in the world.

Russia is pathetic, the Soviet Union was a mess, and Russia never had the giant population, it was all of the other SSR's.

And China and Russia really aren't allies anymore, see Sino-Soviet Split, but they are currently butting heads over Khazakian Oil. But your question is an impossible one to give an answer to because there are far to many variables.

But a war between the US and China is not likely to happen.

P.S. Russia isn't communist anymore. See Collapse of Soviet Union.

    US and Russia would win

Well I believe that Russia and the United States would win. They have far better technology, both countries probably pour 10 more money into their military expenditures and their training I believe is better. China does have more soldiers than them but today its quality over quantity and that's where Russia and the United States win.

US and Russia. Both countries are #1 and #2 in the number of nuke warheads. Chinese military equipment is about the same as Russia but is inferior to US equipment.

    Who is the aggressor?

Supposed alliances are based quite a bit on who the aggressor is, it might well be the case that China would side with whichever side decides to pick the fight.

But you want to prove a point, so it doesn't really matter What i say.
