急需!請英文高手幫我翻譯此段信件的內容,TKS!

客戶來信要我司一定要在5/21前將樣品寄出但沒有原料怎麼做的出來呢?老闆要我回信說

"我們已很急迫的在處理了,請您了解,紗線的取得有很多步驟都是需要時間的(紗線的取得).不是我們故意延遲的,謝謝您的諒解!

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We have dealt with this matter urgently.

    Please kindly understand that there are many steps to make the yarn, which we need

    some time to get it. We didn't have the intention to delay the sample.

    Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

    regret和 inform都是動詞, 不能連在一起

    Due to we should take much time ..........

    **應為

    Due to the fact that we................(後面的也句意不通喔....但我不改了)

    Due to 後面 不能加句子, 要加名詞

    如果要加句子,

    要用the reason that + 句子

    或是the fact that + 句子

    會訂布料的都不會是外行人,千萬不要提紗線取得的困難,客戶會認為那是你們自己應解決的問題!

    想辦法誠懇的為延誤道歉並請求寬限送樣的時限,不找理由是商場談判的最基本原則。

    相信我,我幫過做成衣業。

    We are handling it with emergency case, since the yarn would need many processes to accomplish ,please kindly to understand the delay for leadtime.

    If the sample is ready, we will deliver it in prompt.

    Please understand that we are proceeding as quickly as we can. Yarn production is complicated and it takes time. We are not intentionally delaying the project. Thank you for your understanding.

    We regret inform you that we cannot meet your requirement that offer you samples by 5/21/2009 .

    Due to we should take much time and many procedure disposal the yarn material, please tolerate us some time. We don't intention to delay the sample provide.

    We very urgent have been processing, asks you to understand, the yarn obtains has many steps is requires the time (yarn to obtain). It is not we retards intentionally, thanks your forgiveness!
