It’s really surprising that I received your latter.愉快
Just because I hope you can still remembering here.
And I want you know I care you and thank you.
I never think you will return to me.
In fact,if you are busy, you can write in English. It’s ok!
Like I always write in Chinese because my English is very poor.
Eighth June is my birthday. I am close to 20.
Time is so fast.
When I was 18 I was very excited.
But this year was full of substance.
And you are! you are not old.
This year in Taiwan, you must change a lots.
But you like a child inside.
Your pure smile is your best part, and I like it most.
Recently, it was happened an interesting thing.
One guy, he usually came to mark’s place or took a walked around his place.
He called himself an emissary.
But it’s a secret to be an emissary. It’s impossible to say, right?
Few days latter, he said ”mark, you’re really good at Chinese. American is really a terrible country. I am going to here and destroy here tomorrow.”
He was serious, not kidding.
Mark knew he wasn’t a normal guy so he smiled and told him “good luck.” Interesting, isn’t it?

I was quite surprised to find your letter in my mailbox. I always wanted to record all the happenings around here so you will always remember this place. I also do it to show you that I care deeply about you and am always thankful towards you. I never thought you'd write me back, partly because your job demands few interactions with girls and partly because I didn't want you to spend too much time writing to me in Chinese.
Frankly, if you are busy, you can just write to me in English, much like how I usually write to you in Chinese, because my English is somewhat inadequate. I imagine getting your letters in English would be quite refreshing and I will do my best to understand them. But, if you write to me in Chinese as a way to practice your Chinese, you should know you are already very adept in this language.
I will be celebrating my 20th birthday on June 8. I often feel that time passes so quickly. I can remember being 18 so vividly, as thought it happened a few days ago. How am I already almost 20? When I finally turned 18 less than two years ago, I was incredibly excited and felt that I was finally a grown-up. But inside, I was emotionally immature. But this past year has been a learning experience for me, to say the least, and I feel like I've grown by leaps and bounds.
You too! You are not old, at all. But you must have experienced many emotional changes during the year you spent in Taiwan and became a more mature person in ways. But I think you are still a child at heart. The most endearing thing about about you is your smile, it is so pure and so uncontaminated.

Yahoo won't let me post the rest of it...if you want, I can e-mail you the rest.

"as thought it happened a few days ago" should be "as though it happened a few days ago"
Sorry about the typo.

I made some typing errors earlier, I'll correct those when you ask for the letter in its entirety.
