Are you using a special format such as MLA?

    Anyway, this would suffice

Author/writer/creator name, Name of article on website or website name, date updated or published, <Website address>, (date visited)

    ex.

Li, Zijun. Half of Chinese Cities Have Polluted Groundwater, (6, Dec., 2005)

    <http://www.worldwatch.org/node/1060> (visited 24, April, 2009)

If there is no author simply skip that step.
