Cereal is not boring at all! It's healthy, it's easy and you can mix with your favorite fruit or nuts, fresh milk or yogurt.
You can also eat cereal bar if you are on the go! But make sure you will choose the healthy ones, check the nutrition facts at the back of the package, and ensure they are the low calorie ones. There are choices of different flavors.

Mix cereal, a little low fat milk, some whole-wheat bread crumbs, Olive oil ( pls don’t use butter), salt and one egg yolk and few drops of honey. I personally prefer my cookie not sweet. But you may also add maple syrup or brown sugar, try not to use white sugar, it doesn’t add anything good to your body, just the sweet flavor itself! Bake it in the preheat oven (180 degree C) for around 10 mins. When it turns light brown, it’s done!
Add personality to your cereal cookies – Vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, sesames, raisins, dried berries, or chopped nuts…the secret of the recipe is, cooking without a recipe and add all the good things you like, but make sure they are all healthy! Pls don’t scarify health just for the flavor or taste! There are many ways to balance the health and taste/flavor as long as you are prepared to try!
