how to reprt someone to immigration?
How can I get someone deported? This hispanic, pieace of crap, money smuching, nasty, 40 year old guy is living off my 63 year old mother in law! She is brain washed and blind! He is illigel and is driving her truck with no license! He needs to get deported back to Mexico! How with out them knowing I got involved! She passed away 3-30-09 and now he is living in her house and driving her truck. She had no will so my husband gets it all. My husband dosn't want to kick him out or take the truck cause he stupid! So I can't do anything but INS can! Help me.

this can be resolve very quickly.tomorrow go over to were he is squatting ,hide in the bushes and when he gets behind the steering wheel and drives down the street call the police department and report him as a drunken driver who allmost ran a child over. you know who this guy is so discribe him to the cops but do not mention hes an illegal they will figure it out during the traffic stop.

I'm surprised frankly, you let someone so awful take advantage of your mother in law while she was still alive. A more honorable thing would have been to defend her while she was alive instead of worrying about who uses her possessions now that she is gone.

You could contact USCIS or ICE (there is no such agency as INS anymore); but I have a feeling your husband would know that you had done so.

Contact Immigration,give info on him and wait.Simple.
Failing that contact Police and tell them he's illegal,give address and wait.Police cjeck will catch him out.
