How do i keep my hair from smelling weird, sort of a burnt smell, after i straighten my hair?

(It doesn't actually burn but that's just sort of how it smells)

you buy a straightening product that smells good and apply it after and every day of your hair being straight

    :P

    i have the same problem

also try turning the heat down a little bit

Make sure you have a quality straightener. The only time that happens to me is if I use a cheap curling iron or straightener. To mask the smell, take perfume & clap a couple of times to supposedly get rid of the alcohol then run your hands through your hair.

Try some holding/moisturizer spray. When I used to hot iron my hair, I used this spray called Pink. It had a nice smell and held my style together.
