In Germany you can reach almost every major city via train.

In case of Frankfurt Airport to Stuttgart even without a transfer in only 1:13h with the ICE for 56€.

Yes, you can. The train network is on a very high standard and very well developed in Germany. From Frankfurt International Airport to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (wich means central station) you can use the ICE highspeed bullet train which runs at 186mph.

If you are travelling with a Star Alliance Airline, for example Lufthansa, you may be able to book a "rail and fly"-ticket which is cheaper than a normal ticket.

This is the english booking site of the German railway network "BAHN":

Definitely yes. The Frankfurt/Main airport has a wonderful underground railway station; been there, seen it. You should ask your travel agent or airline if they can book the train ticket for you in advance; buying a ticket at the counter is sometimes more expensive than booking beforehand through an agent, and if your flight is delayed for whatever reason, your ticket will still be valid.

    www.bahn.de is your page:

hourly train from the airport station, tracks 4 to 7 (Fernbahnhof - long disance trains). If travelling with a Star Alliance airline (Lufthansa, Unitaed etc) you might even have the train included in your ticket.

In the case of Frankfurt Airport to Stuttgart Main station even without a a transfer in just 1:13h with the ICE (=Inter City Express) high speed bullet train for 56€. It gets cheaper but takes longer if you take an ordinary train.
