Is 30-40 minutes on treadmill per day good for weight loss?

I'm pretty thin and i just want to loose a BIT more weight so is 30-40 minutes a day good for weight loss

just a yes or no, tips, advice... etc..

    Yes. Most definitely. :]

    As long as your jogging.

    But you should do it outside.

    You supposedly lose more.

    Count calories burned not time taken. If it has a calorie counter, walk or run until you get to like 500 calories burned then your done. 30 minutes on Monday is not the same as 30 minutes on Tuesday but 500 calories is 500 calories.

    Yes, definitely doing 30 minutes treadmill is perfectly good for Weight loss.but, before doing that drink maximum water as you can.

    I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

    yes, 30-40 mins is amazing, but it depends on how fast your going, so ovb fast you go the more u lose.

    But losing weight mostly depends on healthy eating. It's 75% diet and 25% excessive

    30 minutes a day just three-four days a week will do wonders for weight loss!! Good luck :)

    Sure, try not to over do it because to much exercise isn't good. About 30 minutes a day even with breaks is good.

    they have like this page with exercises

    that you can tear off and usually try those!

    They are pretty good :]

    You should try some out.

    I would tell you them.

    But uh there are like tons

    of them!

    So maybe subscribe to them and try it

    out ;D

    Yeah thats good,

    But you also want to trick your body,

    Try working out (sit ups push ups) one day and then jog the next.

    If your body gets used to the same thing everyday, you will see less improvement in your..weight lost..

    EAT HEALTHY!!
