I have no idea where Reggie Jackson came from lol, but uh i wouldn't say he would be a lead candidate even if he was going for the job. Loosing Torre hurt us. Girardi I think is under pressure to do the injuries and lack of Performance, the Yanks have a inexperienced bull pen in Phil Coke, Mark Melancon and Ableadejo, but the production from the offense isn't there either. It will come but I wouldn't rush in to Girardi getting fired. And with the Jackson thing, I think you could see a better candidate who has had coaching experience.

He is on the Yankee payroll, but his business interests and classic car hobby is probably more appealing than all that drama. Dave Miley - the manager at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre - may be in line for the interim post if a change is made this season.

That would be great to watch. I would love to see him feud with like Teixiera or C.C., kinda like a modern day Billy Martin Reggie Jackson fued.

maybe. i cant see Girardi managing the yankees, and i still cant. they shouldve picked someone with more managing experience. but reggie is not far off.

No. The players would end up killing him. No one can put up with his ego for 162 games.
