Use youtube downloader (or one of the millions of clones of it) to download the movie into wmv format.

Then go to insert > movies and sounds > movie from file and select all files, browse to the wmv file and there go go..

I converted the Youtube video into a 3GP format with Tube TV, an application for the Mac. I tried it in PowerPoint, and it worked. The quality isn't so great, but I hope i could help. It is posted on my website. Just click on the link in sources. I hope it works on your computer.
