    I can't believe I haven't seen this yet - WATER! Water is the best at helping your body facilitate its natural cleansing processes. You should also consider fruit and other high-fiber foods for other "cleansing".

    Cilantro is said to remove lead from the body, parsley, wheatgrass and other chlorophyll-containing foods also do a good cleanse. Vinegar is another, it removes toxins from the liver, and lemon juice helps too.
