Something is attacking my registry. How do I get rid of it?

I use Spybot - Search and Destroy. Yesterday I was trying to find a site where I could watch full TV show episodes, and I started getting alerts saying that something was trying to change my registry entries. I denied them all, but the alerts keep popping up saying that it's still trying to change things. It was doing it even when my internet was temporarily down.

I ran the spyware scanner on Spybot, and deleted the only things it came up with, but something is still attacking me.

There are four different alerts. They're popping up too fast for me to want to bother with copying down what they say... I'll take a screenshot, to show you how many times a minute they come up, and so you can see the text.

I also get an ad pop-up every so often in IE, even though I only use Firefox...

Anyway... anyone have any idea what this is, why Spybot didn't take care of it, and what will?
