We can use food and expired oil to make bio-fuel.. but we cannot make it at home. It needs special chemical procedure to break down the food and expired oil and to extract the bio-fuel..

I know there are some schools in HK recycling the waste food but not the oil... I think there is no company to recycle the expired oil.... pls throw away!
