Can you help me with this law question?

The Supreme Court in Gilbert v. California (1967) opined that the trial judge must consider several factors before allowing a witness to testify as to a defendant's identification where the defendant's pretrial identification was obtained through impermissibly suggestive procedures. What are these factors? Make sure you fully explain why each is important.
