In Excel, how do I copy cells from one column that are NOT in another column, to a third column?

I want to copy everything from A1:A10 that is NOT in B1:B10 to column C.
Update: To clarify: I am not looking for a simple copy / paste. I am looking for a set algebra operation where I can copy ONLY those cells in column A whose values are NOT found anywhere in column B.

In other words: column C should contain the subset of column A that is ONLY present in column A and NOT in column B.
