    We received your letter on May 2nd.

    First of all, we will mail you the missing item No.2-14.

    Nevertheless, please send back the pictures of damaged item No.3-27 and of that 16 items which need repair.

    We will start investigation immediately on, and reply to you as soon as possible.

    Also, we will send the new replacement to you by mail within 3 business days. From now on, we will make sure to send you 3% of additional items with each shipment to prevent things like this from happening again.

    We are very sorry to cause your inconvenience.

We will send you the complete items within 3 days. We will now add an extra 3% of items with each delivery to prevent similar problems from happening. We are very sorry for you inconvenience.
