# Balancing redox reaction in a basic solution?

Ok, I'm completely confused and have spent the last two hours on one problem. Can someone help me with this?
Balance the following equation in basic solution: Cl207 + H2O2 >ClO2 (-) + O2.
I was able to balance the first half reaction, (the Cl2O7 to ClO2-), however what do I do with the second half? ...

Balance the following equation in basic solution: Cl207 + H2O2 >ClO2 (-) + O2.

I was able to balance the first half reaction, (the Cl2O7 to ClO2-), however what do I do with the second half? I don't understand how to work with the hydrogens and water.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
