Absolutley not! Things were awful under the imperialist regime which was why the communist revolution was necessary in the first place. The communist party should start acting like a true communist party and start governing for the people instead of themselves. By allowing the majority of their people to live in squalor, they are no better than the imperialist oppressors they overthrew, and therefore are not communists.
