扣減出租物業利息

稅務問題:

1. 有兩個單位. Property A 自住, Property B 租出去. 我可否用property A 加按后的利息, 用黎買property B, 去扣減Property B 的mortgage interest expenses under Personal Assessment? (因為以我所知, 加按利息不可扣Home loan interest, 但以上情況又如何?)

    加按利息for home loan interest for property A is not allowable. But 加按利息 for rented property B is allowable under personal assessment since this become a mortgage loan interset to finance the rented property (just like enter into another mortgage loan for rented property).
