摘要

國內網路團購網站已逐漸成熟,參與網路指責的人數也與日俱增,有關網路團購消費者行為的研究,也漸漸引起關注。網路團購為清費者帶來了許多的選擇與方便,但因資訊不對稱之餘,卻也增加了許多買賣雙方的風險與不確定因素。 所以消費者知道團購網站有限的資訊來源,選擇適合的賣方進行交易,是研究所欲探討的問題。有別於傳統的實體商店,在網際網路的環境中,業者欲在網際網路建立顧客忠誠是更加不易;而虛擬的網路空間中,買賣雙方更需要一個值得信任的交易平台, 網路團購於提供各項服務給使用者,網站透過收費附以提供消費者更優良的服務,以優良的服務品質建立消費者的信任,以提升顧客忠誠度。

本文以網路團購為前題,主要探討消費者對於網路上購物的安全、顧客的忠誠度,並研究網路團購對於消費者是否具有影響力。研究動機與目的在於因現今網路發達便利,深具發展潛力,網際網路己漸漸地融入我們生活的一部分, 網路是有效率且節省成本的工具,因而改變了消費者的購物行為。

在文獻中首先說明電子商務的起源,電子商務為網路世界帶來網路團購的概念,然而空有電子商務的概念在網路市場中似乎稍有不足的地方,因此基於消費者的常態消費行為,將之套用於網路團購中的網路安全性來做說明 ,最後,再針對網路團購對顧客忠誠度加以討論。

現今網路團購已成為風潮,已經能夠肯定的是,在網路上已是有此特定消費群是可以接受網路團購的,而本研究即是針對這些消費群的意見作研究探討。另外,在實證方面使用SPSS軟體作為此研究工具,並使用迴歸模型作研究的輔助說明。網路安全是否會對消費者產生顧客忠誠度的改變,或是有其他的相關變數會影響消費者於線上消費的因素,實證結果在相關章節中都有詳加言說明。

    The domestic website for the group purchase on internet is getting matured gradually and the criticizers are increasing day by day, therefore, the researches related to the consumers’ behavior about group purchase on internet are calling attention as well. The group purchase on internet does bring a lot of options and convenience to consumers, but due to the information dissymmetry, many risks and uncertain factors have been added to the business deal. Since the consumers are aware of the limited information sources from the group purchase website, they choose the adequate seller to make the transaction, and this is the topic which the research center is studying about. Different from the traditional physical stores, it is more difficult for the sellers to establish customers’ loyalty at the internet environment; at a virtual internet space, both sellers and buyers need more a trustful platform for transaction, the group purchase on internet provides various services to the users, the website offers a higher quality service to customers by charging fees, and with this high quality to establish customers’ trust in order to consolidate the loyalty.

    本文以網路團購為前題,主要探討消費者對於網路上購物的安全、顧客的忠誠度,並研究網路團購對於消費者是否具有影響力。研究動機與目的在於因現今網路發達便利,深具發展潛力,網際網路己漸漸地融入我們生活的一部分, 網路是有效率且節省成本的工具,因而改變了消費者的購物行為。
