Subject to national discretion, claims on certain domestic public sector entities (PSEs) may also be treated as claims on the sovereigns in whose jurisdictions the PSEs are established. Where this discretion is exercised, other national supervisors may allow their banks to risk weight claims on such PSEs in the same manner.

請問:

1. 在「Subject to national discretion, claims on certain domestic public sector entities (PSEs) may also be treated as claims on the sovereigns in whose jurisdictions the PSEs are established.」這句中, in whose jurisdictions the PSEs are established此一關係子句的句型文法結構是怎樣的?

例如,where = to a place in which = in a place in which = in a sitution in which = in which place = at which place此類。

3. 在「Where this discretion is exercised, other national supervisors may allow their banks to risk weight claims on such PSEs in the same manner.」

I hate John, whose words are seldom true.

I hate john, whose words I don't believe.

I hate John, whose words I have no trust in.

= I hate John, in whose words I have no trust.

Subject ...adj. to national discretion

    claims ...S on certain......PSEs

    may be treated ...vi

    as claims.......are established.

    whose + n =the + n. + of which

the jurisdictions in which the PSEs are establilshed

=in whose jurisdictions the PSEs are established

Where there is a will, there is a way.
