HELP If you have a sensory deficit and there is reduction in sensory of lateral lower leg?
but there is no loss of reflex in legs ? How is this so...
please explain in as much detail.. very much aprreciated ! Thankyou

There are different nerves that send sensation to the brain. The nerves that allow you to "feel" things are on a different pathway than the ones that cause reflexes. It's hard to give a really specific answer without knowing the cause of the sensory deficit. But if if's only a decrease in sensation then most or all of your nerve pathways should be intact. There would only be problems in very specific areas and those shouldn't affect your reflex arcs.Source(s): Nursing school

My automatic air freshner's "Glacial waters" timer just recently went off. Makes the whole house smell enchanted
