Hi I've got a Maxtor Basic 1.5TB. Son of a byte died on me today? Any idea how to take out the hard drive?

There will probably be screws on the case. Or the case will just clip together over the HDD.

I wouldn't recommend playing around with the hard drive itself unless you know what you're doing.

I'd get a refund or take it to a computer person.
