get past xbox 360 pirated/copied/burned games xboxlive banned?

Question

A COUPLE QUESTIONS REGARDING XBOX 360 PIRATED GAMES AND XBOX LIVE:

1-- Can you play pirated xbox / xbox 360 games without modding the xbox 360 Console itself?

2-- Can you still get caught and banned from xbox live if you don't play your pirated games online (play pirated games offline & official ones online) ?

3-- is there any way to "fix/patch" pirated xbox 360 games so that you wont get caught and banned?

4-- if i cant get past the xbox live banning my illegal games, and i get banned, will changing my IP adress to a proxy allow me to play online again?

1. In order to played burnt games you need to mod your console, otherwise you will just be presented with a message that says "Unable to read disk. Please try again later."

2. If you're playing a burnt game and your console has a software update and your modded console is detected then your console can be bricked by Microsoft.

3. No. Burnt games cannot be patched. You will get caught eventually.

4. It's possible. Remember that your IP address will be recognized so that you won't be able to use it again until the ban is lifted if it ever is lifted, so when you run a proxy you cannot relate it to your IP address.

Why risk it, too hard getting through these procedures just to play a game and play online,

Really easy just to buy the game and not worry. By buying the game, you are helping the developers design more games. If they make no money, you get no game. Simple.
