What are some of your most succesfull weight loss tips?? I have my few that I live by, but I am looking for some tips on cutting down. Please only share different/ unique tips.
I know about all the common ones.... lots of water lots of rest six small meals etc.

In my opinion, no weight loss tips are truly successful on their own. Lots of water is not necessarily a good way, because how much water a person needs depends on the BMI of the person. 6 small meals maybe hard at times, especially when you are stuck at school or office and have no chance to eat, and then you need to eat more when you have the chance. Well, dieting is a good way to lose weight, but then it is hard to stick to a diet. For example, something like this:
2 egg, low fat Cheddar cheese omelette - 320 calories
2 slices wholemeal toast with thin smear butter - 200 calories
Large slice melon - 47 calories
Spicy Turkey Salad recipe - 304 calories
Muesli or honey nut Health Bar "Sainsbury" - 180 calories
Baked potato with 100g "Heinz" baked beans &/or Cottage cheese if desired - 300 - 400 calories (350 average)
Large helping salad fruits &/or vegetables - 100 calories
Another weight loss tip is to do interval and turbulence exercise.

But that is the hardest part if you are accustomed to eating lots of food even though your body does not need it. It is partly because of the delicious taste of the food causing a craving for more. I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. If wantting to loose fat fast i would suggest that
Drink More Water Every Day. Many places suggest 8 cups (2L) of water a day. It also depends on your weight (1L/20kg would be good, more if it's hot or you're ill). It sounds like an absurd amount of water, but actually, you can drink tea without sugar to make up some of the quota. In fact tea, especially green tea, rev up your "metabolism" (actually cause a temporary increase in calories burned).

I generally do some yoga poses and go for walk regularly and seriously it works in my case. I am very concern about my diet plan and it gives good result in my weight loss program.

Have you watched paul mckenna, he says eat slowly and concentrate on the food and chew about 30 times until its liquid, drink about 1-2 liter of water every day to get rid of toxins inside and if you craving for junk food just drink lots of water or fruit. Plus exercise until you're breathless.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
