我係咪有焦慮症?

我唔知點解好容易就心跳加速

每次都keep住分幾兩分鐘

就好似每日訓醒咁,但又唔想起身,隻眼依然合埋,就會好自然心跳加速...一遇上不如意事又加速

我又冇失眠之類既症狀,不過我依家19歲就有脫髮問題

我上網搵下過下資料,下面果d定義我頭4個中左

經常焦慮症的定義

1. 認為自己是一個容易擔心或緊張的人

2. 在過去6個月曾出現經常擔心或緊張的情況

3. 出現的擔心或緊張較一般人多

4. 出現的擔心或緊張是難以自我控制的

5. 在過去6個月,很多時出現以下最少三項的情況:

a. 無法安靜下來

b. 容易覺得疲倦

c. 易發脾氣

d. 難以集中精神

e. 周身痠痛或肌肉緊

f. 失眠

仲有...又時太緊張/食刺激既食物,我上身,胸以上既位置,包括背隻、頭、頸....,有部份會突然好癢,好似俾好多螞蟻咬咁..咩事黎?

    I think you have general anxiety disorder. Because worries will cause two things 1) adrenaline secretion + sympathetic nervous system discharges = both result in your increase heart rate, and increase in sebacious gland secretion, which in turn affect the health of your skin and hair follicles. Because of the increase of sebacious secretion, your skin will be oily and some minor inflammation of your hair follicles will result in the falling off of your hair.

    2) increase in chronic stress hormone - cortisol. This will reduce your immune system function, so you are more prone to skin problems. Also cortisol is a sleep regulation hormone too, so it will disrupt your sleep cycle. Both will reduce your concentraion, memory, and emotional control too.

    So learn ways to cope with your stress, - focus on the present and get really really well prepare (ahead of time) for the thing you are anxious about, while your mind is still relatively calm.

    If too uncontrollable, find a counsellor to help you to relax a bit. Most importantly, you need to find way to cope with your stress, those minor healt problem will improve afterward.

    如果太失控,找到輔導員,幫助您放鬆一點。最重要的是,你需要找到辦法來應付你的壓力,這些未成年人的健康問題將改善之後。

    又時太緊張/食刺激既食物,我上身,胸以上既位置,包括背隻、頭、頸....,有部份會突然好癢,好似俾好多螞蟻咬咁..咩事黎?

    我自己有時都會有呢種感覺,好癢,比蟻咬咁,其實我想是心理應嚮姐,只要放鬆d個人自然不會咁嫁啦
