Is it possible to get windows vista on a blue PSP slim ?

No, it's not possible

The system requirements for Vista are far greater than what the PSP can do. You need at least an 800MHz processor and 512MB of memory to run VIsta. The PSP Slim only manages 333MHz and 64MB of memory.

Not to mention, there are other considerations, such as video card, etc.

i don't think it is possible if the ps3 doesn't support it i doubt the psp will.
