Suppose an economy reduces its consumption expenditure on imported goods by $10 million and the whole amount is instead spent on goods wholly produced by its resident producing units. Because of these two changes, the GDP of this economy will

A.remain unchanged.

B.increase by $10 million.

C.increase by more than $10 million.

D.increase by less than $10 million

    GDP = consumption + gross investment+ government spending + (exports − imports)

    因:imports 減少了 $10 million —

    果: GDP 增加 $10 million +

    因:將這些貨物由本地生産

    果 :consumption + gross investment 方面就會有所增加 +

    所以答案是 C 增加超過 $10 million
