網購國外商品未收到 請求中翻英協助

小弟在網路上向國外網路商店購買物品, 並於兩週前向該賣家查詢訂單狀況. 得知我的包裹已於02/06經由航空郵件寄出. 但已近兩個月仍收到, 請求大大幫忙翻譯查詢信.

翻譯內容如下

自貴公司回信至今已過兩週, 而我還是未收到你們於02/06 寄出的航空郵件, 不知是否真的寄丟了.

和貴公司前幾次的交易都相當順利, 這是第一次未能收到我郵件, 可否告知貴公司接下來的處理流程並請貴公司加快處理速度.

    Your company should have responded two weeks ago, yet till now we have not received your air mail sent on 02/06, we are not sure that if the mail was losed en route.

    It has been a smooth and successful experience in tradings with your company before, this is the first time we run into a glitch in receiving your mail on time. Would you please let us know what is your standard procedure in handling such matters? And, please speed up the procedure.

    It has been two weeks since I got a response from your company. Still, I have not received the air-mail you posted on the 6th of Feb. I wonder whether the mail is lost.

    I have good experience in previous transactions with your company. This is the first time that I did not receive your mail. Please inform me your next procedures and speed up the operation.
