The only time you can't get pregnant is if the doctor tells you that you are 100% incapable of having a baby, and even then there are miracles.

People say that 14 days after the menstrual cycle is when woman ovulate. Unfortunately this is a myth that many still hold on to, including healthcare professionals. The day of ovulation differs from woman to woman and can even be different from month to month. The “14th day” thinking appears to come from either taking the average of when all women ovulate or from someone just dividing the 28 day cycle in half. However this myth got started, it is not an accurate way to calculate ovulation, because many women do NOT ovulate on the 14th day of their cycle. Usually ovulation occurs 11-21 days after the period.

The timing of ovulation is complex and can take some studying of your body and your cycles to figure out. By using a combination of methods such as studying cervical fluid, taking your body temperature, and tracking your periods, you can calculate your time of ovulation.

  • A woman can ovulate at any time during her "cycle". Thus meaning a woman can become pregnant at "any time". However, she must be ovulating in order to become pregnant. And the "typical" ovulation occurs approximately 14 days after her period. But this is just an average and doesn't apply to every woman. You can't become pregnant when you are not ovulating or when you are practicing abstinence...unless you are undergoing other means of fertilization (IVF for example). Hope this is clear.

Ovulation depends on how long your cycle lasts. The cycles is from the first day you start bleeding til the first day of your next period. Once you average that out you can almost predict when you ovulate. Normally it is 14 days before the first day before your next period. Example: if you have a 25 day cycle you would ovulate on day 11.

It is most likely that you will get pregnant on that day. But beware because sperm can last up to 3 days in the uterus and an egg lasts up to 24 hours after ovulation.

Example: 25 day cycle pregnancy can occur from day 8 to 12.

    Hope that helps!!

A woman ovulates every 14th day of their cycle, when the egg is released, for about 3 days. So count from the first day of your period until the 14th day. Say if you started your period on the 3rd, your ovulation stage should begin around the 16th or 17th. A sign of ovulation is if you just feel like you are "horny" and more "liquefied, for the lack of words. then it might be the time. Yes this is a perfect time for you to get pregnant because your body just released an egg.....so i wish you luck if you are ttc!!!! I hope this helped

The rule of thumb is that ovulation occurs 14 days after the 1st day of you last period. (14 days is only if you have regular 28 day cycle). I've recently read that you can count on ovulation 14 days before your next period is due. They say to have sex every other day beginning around 10 days after your last period because it's such a large window of time...just be sure. Sperm can live for 3 days previous to ovulation and you can get pregnant then. They say there is a 20 percent chance each month for conception.....good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is not any longer the cats lots via fact the muddle container. there's a definite parasite called Toxoplasma gondii that breeds in a cat's gut and feces, which will nicely be transferred to human beings while coping with the muddle container or backyard soil from the place the cat has accomplished its agency. This parasite reasons the an infection toxoplasmosis, which will nicely be very risky to the fetus. the prospect isn't that great as long as she does not come into direct touch with the cats' droppings, and if she does not certainly stay with you there is not any reason to do away with the cats.

Women ovulate to produce eggs to be fertilized. Yes; it is the best time to get pregnant. There's not a time you can't. It's less likely that you will get pregnant while you're on your period, because there isn't an egg to be fertilized. This is when your body rids itself of the egg that wasn't fertilized.

  • Ovulation is 14 days before your next period

Most people say after your period but that is false, that is only for someone who has the average 28 day cycle.
