"Ahl Tishkach" means "don't forget". "Ahl" is "don't". "Tishkach" is the future tense masculine second-person form of the verb "forget".

"Lo" generally means "not", but "Lo tishkach" uses a special structure that means "you shall not forget".

"don't ever forget" would be "Le'olam al tishkach". ("Le'olam" means "forever")

"to never forget" would be "Le'olam lo lishko'ach" ("lishko'ach" is the infinitive form of "forget").
