Fruits make a great dessert, all kind of fruits matter of fact. I would suggest, a little choccolate bar and a dishe of fruits such as , sliced apples, grapes, bluberries. strawberries and yes a scoop of ice cream the kind you prefer . Figs are also considered very good high in fiber as well as dates. Enjoi the dessert it helps the digestion and it is joi to the palate.
I follow the mediterranean diet since i am from Italy. We stress , low fat , low colesterol, and plenty fresh fruits and veggie. Fruits helps a good digestion, gives good antioxidants, fruit is a joi to the palate, GO FOR IT . Y ou are doing fine.
