Companies need to decide if they are going to be lean and mean. Are they going to exit certain businesses?     HR risk 是 Human resource risk . 既: 人力資源的風險。

    Risk 是 風險, 不是危機。 危機是 Crisis。

    風險 和 危機 該不是同一回事吧 ?!

    WM : 那是HR風險增加費用的一個非常清楚例子。 但是特別在這經濟, HR董事能做什麼得到委員會更多談話關於那些戰略HR問題喜歡從上面的天分管理和口氣?
