    1.

    Tim >= 30 marks

    If Tim won 15 and Jack won 0, Tim 15x4 = 60

    If Tim won 14 and Jack won 1, Tim 14x4-1 = 55

    If Tim won 13 and Jack won 2, Tim 13x4-2 = 50

    If Tim won 12 and Jack won 3, Tim 12x4-3 = 45

    If Tim won 11 and Jack won 4, Tim 11x4-4 = 40

    If Tim won 10 and Jack won 5, Tim 10x4-5 = 35

    If Tim won 9 and Jack won 6, Tim 9x4-6 = 30

    Tim less than 30 marks

    If Tim won 8 and Jack won 7, Tim 8x4-7 = 25

    .

    .

    If Tim less than 30 marks, Jack at least won 7 rounds

    2. 4 times as many radios as television in a year
