How long would it take a person to travel from New York to Los Angeles via Google Maps Street View?

Imagine that you are at your computer and you have all the time in the world. You have a street level view of highway 80 (or whatever group of highways takes you quickly cross country). Every time you click that little arrow you see in the middle of the road, you inch further west.

If you did this continuously without stopping (assuming your PC is reasonably high speed), how long do you think it would take?

Depends on the speed your computer renders the image, your connection speed, google maps' speed at the time of clicking.

Many factors that I don't think can be constant long enough to find out.
