Ok, if u keep up with ur excercising and keep a healthy diet, you will find results in your size. Eating about a healthy 2000 calorie diet, excercising for about two hours a day, running, a jogging, and making sure to not eat junk food, but fruits, wheat, Special K. Stuff like that.
For Breakfast try having Special K cereal and toast
For lunch have a wheat sandwich, with quaker bites and water
Then for Dinner have a healthy meal. Have desert occasionally.
