I have this oak tree seedling that grew out of no where and I was wondering if it was from the acorns from the?

oak tree near my house but I'm not sure because the tree produces small acorns that are tiny compared to the ones in the forest?

Yes, oak trees grow from acorns. Most likely a squirrel burried it there, and did not come back for it. There are many many different types of oak (red oak, white oak, pin oak, figleaf oak...) that each have very different size and shape acorns (leaves and bark).

Well, you could do a dna test. But we can not tell from the info you give.
