This may sound silly but it works for me....either put a blue light on your refridgerator or get somethin blue preferably light blue and look at it for like a minute .... it sometimes doesn't work for other people but it works for me.....if that doesn't work try asking yourself this... "am I really hungry or am i just bored?" and when you're defently hungry eat slowly so you know when you're satisfied then just put your leftover in the fridge :)

i drink tea when i crave something sweet... then i drink chicken broth when i crave something salty... works for me... i've lost 35 pounds.. so yeah.
