請網友推薦登山車座墊

我是騎乘有前避震器登山車,我身高約176,體重83,常常連續騎乘20幾公里停下來休息後,大腿內側及鳥都麻了,請教車友用過推薦一下可改善此問題的座墊,最好是1.舒適2.便宜3.輕量化

    你可以朝二個方向改進

    第一,當你騎車的時候穿車褲

    第二,將坐墊更換ALLAY人體工學坐墊

    一定會有很大的改善
