No. While Citi posted a profit for the first 2 months, everyone seems to have forgotten that is only because the government stepped in and bought 30% of the bank. It was trading at less than a dollar last week. It was either going to go up, or out. So this is probably a short lived positive day. Reality will come creeping back in the next day or two.

Maybe, but i doubt it. It only went up because citi financial posted a profit.

its not at standard i'd assume...
so its kinda like ressusitation i'd think it came from the stimulus.
