全文方面需要看你的學校是否有訂購該文章的全文權限，而且每一間學校的權限可能會不同，也因此，告訴你關鍵字和可以參酌的資料庫比較有意義。

你只要知道關鍵字cholesterol，剩下的便是使用你們學校的綜合資料庫來搜尋有此關鍵字的期刊，或著是有此關鍵字的文章就可以了。
