can someone use his/her word to explain what is the definition of logical fallacy and flawed reasoning?

    A logical fallacy is simply something that is not logical. Therefore, it is flawed reasoning. (flawed means faulty)

    This means:

    for example,The fallacy of post hoc,

    We won the hockey game when I wore my blue socks; therefore, if I wear my blue socks to the next hockey game, we will win. We know that blue socks can not win a hockey game, therefore the reasoning is faulty.

    There are about 30 different logical fallacies.
