Need help building a thermostat for a coal stove.?

The stove can be hooked up to a 110 thermostat. But if it doesn't call for heat i need to wire in a timer system to run it 2 minute for every 10 minutes in a standby mode. Then switch automatically to the thermostat when it goes below the temperature that was preset on thermostat.

Use a fan centre relay that will provide 24v to operate a thermostat and also contains contacts to energize a 110 volt circuit for running the fan.

Get a Honeywell th8000 thermostat or a Lennox 5000 touch screen thermostat.Connect the corresponding letters to the relay and thermostat. On the thermostat If you set the fan to circ the fan will run 35% of the time (approx 20 min an hour) set fan to on it will all the time and if the fan is set to auto it will only run when the thermostat is calling for heat.If you need more control for the fan you would need a series of sequencers ran off of separate isolation relays.
