~A Fine Frenzy songs (ex/ Almost Lover)

~Priscilla Ahn songs (ex/ I'm doing a dance to Wallflower, but she has other great songs too)

~John Mayer songs (ex/ Free Falling)

I hope I helped. Those are some of my personal favorite artists for lyrical songs! Good luck and try watching dances to those and other songs on youtube for help, I do that a lot.

    Its either called let go

or Beauty in the Break down and I found a version by frou frou that is the same singer but the back ground music has more of a tiny different sound then the one I thought would be good...

also "I'll Try" is a song in the 2nd peter pan movie. A girl sings it but Jesse McCartney also did a version...

I was recently listening to "you are the blood" by sufjan stevens and thought it would make a super awesome lyrical dance. It's really weird and dark, but also really cool. Hope that helps!
