What international courts has the United States not joined?

And what international courts has the United States joined? For example, the ICC. What reasons affected their decisions in not joining?

The United States supreme court has cited prescedent on one decision from a foreign country in the last 10 years. But they have not joined any international courts.

The United States is a soverign country with it's own body of laws -- which for the most part is the envy of the FREE WORLD. Why for example would we want to be part of an international court supported by 50% of Fascist Dictatorships?

It is for that reason as well that the U.S. only pays lip service to the United Nations. When China is placed on the committee of human rights but executes peacefully protesting students 'en masse' in Tienamen Square (It's a massive place and the count is somewhere close to 6000 -- although the government claims only 2000), it boggles the mind. They even gave students a free public transportation for 2 days to go to Beijing to join their scummy rebel--err peacefully protest And Iran is head of the committee right along side them -- this is the country that rapes, castrates or executes gay men as a course of religious 'law'. WHY on earth would we want to have anything 'legally' to do with any groups that believe in that?

Turnabout is fairplay -- so unfortunately they don't want to join us. Their loss.
