Can I still change my name at the citizenship oath ceremony.?

For example I want

John T Edison Smith

instead of my complete name

John Tom Edison Smith

Do it will delay the ceremony???

    If you have not filed you naturalization paperwork you can. It does not delay anything. My wife added an American middle name at her naturalization ceremony and it didn't add any time.

    Not at the ceremony, only on your N-400. It's too late now. But you can still change your name after the ceremony but you have to go to your local court in that case.

    No, you cannot change it at the ceremony. The certificates are already prepared when you arrive.
