where to buy cheap mountain bikes like 3-4 years old?

Im trying to find a place to buy discounted mountain bikes not in bulk but possibly 100 or more in a period of time. Maybe like a place that mongoose sells there bikes to after they dont sell like the 2000-2003 mountain bikes. i looked online but could only find like 300$ bikes im looking for 100$ bikes from 3 - 9 years ago that could possibly be like 50$ now any help is greatly appreciated thank you

RideUrban gives a very good answer. One point I would like to make is that a newer model may not be better than an older one. For example, the 2010 Sorrento had a shifter that was downgraded from the one on the 2009 model, probably so that Diamondback could keep to the same price point. This happens pretty often and it means that buying an older model with better components for close to the same price as a new one would actually be a better deal. As was suggested, you should go to the shop and ask which year model this bike is and how it differs from the current version. Keep in mind too that the sporting good chain store might not be specialized enough to have a decent repair shop. Good after sales service is worth a lot. Having owned a Huffy which are usually sold in chain stores which do no repair work whatsoever you may not realize that a good bike shop will do a better job of assembling and tuning your bike than a non specialty shop and will include one or more tune ups after you buy the bike. Almost all bikes need adjustment after a few weeks. Find out in the chain store does this and if they have a decent repair shop in case you have any problems with your bike. If the chain store doesn't do repair work, any price advantage they have is blown out the window

You wont find any bikes left over from 3-9 years ago. You can try these sites from time to time.

Sorry, Mark, that's not going to happen, unless it's Walmart junk.
