Some more context will help... but here's how I might say this:
A proposition (方案) aimed to subsidize (補助) scholars (學者) in order to improve (提昇) our international influence (國際影響力).
Usually, this sentence would sound a bit weird.... the 'international influence' in what? This is where the context would help:
So I might actually say something like, for example, "a proposition aimed to subsidize academic scholars in order to improve our international influence in academia"Source(s): I'm ABC...
